It could happen to everyone that suddenly you will lose your job because your company goes bankrupt or because of some kind of recession. Although you are very good in your work there is always a chance of losing a secure job position. Off course it is not the end of the world and sometimes you may even be confident that you will find a new job soon. But losing your job also means losing an income and if you have an expensive house or car you still need to be able to pay for all that. In these circumstances an unemployed tenant loan might be a good solution to your money problems.
Let me first state that every loan will cost you a lot of money and if you are able to prevent borrowing money than you should not get yourself in to a loan. But in some times it is inevitable and in the case of losing your job loans for tenants are a good alternative. The good part about these loans is that you are able to borrow money but you don’t have to repay the monthly installments after you found yourself a new job. This is great because not having an income makes it very difficult to repay anything at all.
But these loans are not meant for everyone. The company that borrows you money must be confident that you are really able to find yourself a new job within a few months before they will borrow you any money at all. You do not only have to convince yourself but also the company that you are finding a new job within 3 or 4 months.
After you found a job the repayments will start and they are higher compared to other loans. If you are not able to find a job within the terms of the contract than you will need to pay additional interest for every next month you did not had a job. This is to insure the company that there is some pressure on the tenant to really put all the effort in finding a job.
